There are PET bottles and PVC bottles that are more commonly used in the market. If PET bottles and PVC bottles are mixed together, all transparent bottles are mentioned here. How do we distinguish it! Here are a few ways to identify PET bottles and PVC bottles.

First, the two materials have different bottle processes. The PET bottle molding is carried out in two steps, that is, injection molding and then blow molding. Therefore, each PET bottle has a filling port at the bottom. Just take one and take a look.. PVC is blow-molded and does not need to be injected, so there is no injection port. So a bottle with a filling port is PET, but not PVC.

  Second, if it is mass production, steam the main bottle, the PVC after high temperature steam will become opaque, and the PET will still be transparent. It is easy to recognize and save trouble when sorting. There is also the label glue after steaming. The paper will be automatically degummed, and it will be removed by tearing it lightly by hand.

  Third, if it is a bottle flake, it is not easy to recognize. It can only be boiled or steamed. After boiling or steaming, the PVC becomes opaque, and the PET is still transparent. If the opaque is selected, the PET is pure.
